The Results
In the first 30 days, CodeForge booked 38 qualified demos — more than 3x their previous SDR's output. Response rates jumped from 2.1% to 11.8% because every email was genuinely personalized to the prospect's tech stack and business challenges. The $95K SDR salary was eliminated entirely.
Key Insight
The Slack approval workflow was critical. The founder could review 50 prospects in 5 minutes (approve/reject with one click) instead of spending hours on manual research. This kept the human in the loop for quality control while eliminating 95% of the manual work.
